Run streak day #67. Personal plan: 2 hour run. Windy when on the south part of the island. The recorded heart rate is not accurate. When it was reading 178 I checked the pulse in my neck and it seemed a lot slower. In a minute or so I actually counted it when I was standing still and there were 23 beats in 10 seconds (138 beats per minute). Watch was saying 175. Took off watch and put it back on but still readings were over 170.
