Last long run for Loch Ness. It isn’t the best route straight flat road out and back. It got really hot when the sun came out blazing. But looked at last time I did this and today was 40min quicker!

That's very good going GG, albeit a crazy distance to run!
Thanks Ev as you can tell I’m rubbish at pacing. But it was hot hot hot. I drank too much (icy) water too quickly when I reached turn around point and my bunion was a nightmare but I took 40min off the same run back in June so I have to be happy with that.
