Light breeze against me for the first 5.4 miles, thereafter mostly behind me particularly the last 3 miles.

It was!
3 seconds quicker than last week :-p and without last week's many heat stops in the final few miles, just 2 wee breaks and 2 gates this time, no stops for road crossing!. Same average HR and the pacing was more even, allowing for the breeze.
