Sunday gym, with my sis as a guest (but v expensive for her, as her pump class was only 45 mins). I did my usual gym, with some chat breaks cos Alan D was there! Foam roller, stretches, sit ups, plank, side planks, calf raises, wobble board curls, presses and side raises, machine pull down and chest press. Then 3 hours grass cutting, not wearing my calf guard and right calf was very tight and tender. Grrr.
