Gym gym gym! Always good to go, esp after a day sitting at desk. Mostly OK, but all felt rather hard. Foam roller, stretches, sit ups, plank, side planks, wobble board curls, presses, side raises, calf raises, machine pull down and bench bar press (machine busy). :-) G
