Marathon Pace Run - (2m easy, 6m at 6.25-6.35, 2m easy)

Warm from the start. First two MP miles felt fine, third was a little two fast as lost concentration of pacing while overtaking a couple of other runners.

Final three miles were also comfortable. Always had more to give even though the heat made it feel harder than I was actually working.
