Ooh, early! Sunday gym before cars. Just usual - foam roller, stretches, sit ups, plank, side planks, wobble board side raises, curls, presses, machine pull down then bench bar.
Cars were fun. 5th in 2WD, 5th in B 4WD. Burgers in sun, Alan MacI doing a great job of social. K n J came to watch and J drove, sort of!
