After parkrun. Back to the car to change my shoes and pick up my hoodie, through the park to see if we knew any of the Lakeland Trailers, Wild Strawberry for breakfast, round the market (congested) looking for a bread stall, fail, Bryson's, and back to the car with 800g of wholemeal tin loaf.
