Parkrun! With my sis! Loch Leven because good coffee. Mrs Srrr came and looked after niece. She says she'd like to run it next time. Mrs not 2 yr old! Lovely to see lots of Kinross. K did well. I did another mile after and felt calf OK? :-) G
