Was going to do just an hour or so in preparation for giving parkrun a bit of thripe tomorrow. Didn't quite work out like that. Included lots of easy trail because it's good for my connective tissues.
Note the earliness! Am trialling earlier bedtimes this month.

Thanks I will be taking coffee somewhere more touristy after parkrun.
Interesting to see how you get on with early slumber times this month.
I'll be very pleased if I'm regularly awake, breakfasted and ready to go out around 9am instead of sometime after 10am.
