Plyometric drills, same programme as in August, but I had to take it easy on a few
Running drill with Anguie, Wilmer still on break
Everything 3x 10-15 m forwards and backwards
1. mobilising the ankle joint
2. skippings
3. high knees (2x)
4. butt kickers (2x)
5. stork hopping
6. backwards running
7. high jumps
8. long strides (1x)
9. bouncing sideways (one sided because of tight right adductor)
10. carioca
11. open and close the gate
