Everything 3x 10-15 m forwards and backwards
1. mobilising the ankle joint
2. skippings
3. high knees (2x)
4. butt kickers (2x)
5. stork hopping
6. backwards running
7. high jumps
8. long strides (1x)
9. bouncing sideways (one sided because of tight right adductor)
