Deadlifts

Good Mornings - 2x8 6kg DB - shoulders down, head neutral, slightly bent legs

Deadbugs - 3x 5 ES (each set until tired)
Chest press plus push 3x8 6kg DB
Spit squat with 9kg bar 2x8 ES
Windmill - 1x8 2kg plate ES; 1x6 4kg DB ES (opposite foot straight out, keep same leg straight for stretch)
Lip Gloss
