Gym on a Wed night after work. Foam roller, stretches, calf still tight and tender, sit ups, plank, side planks, squats, calf raises, wobble board curls, side raises and presses, machine chest press and pull down. No run on Thu, just being careful. Gym and/or run on Fri? :-) G
