Good pace for the heart rate, though the heart rate doesn't suggest a threshold run. Did you have tired legs?
Yes they were surprisingly tired, given that I didn’t do any training yesterday. Perhaps Monday morning isn’t a good day for me to attempt a tempo run!
Or just one of those days when it's not happening, or maybe a warm up would help.
