Notes & Comments

Very slow and sore running at the mo. Even a short one feels hard. Better than nothing though. Calf held out but still feel it is vulnerable. Wearing the Skins calf guard, no idea if it helps. All day on feet after at rc car racing, but tried to sit down a few times at least. :-) G
