Notes & Comments

Running Swansea. A loop of the marina then along the coast to Langland Bay before doubling back.

Had a pit stop at a cafe in the marina to use the loo, then had to stop to top up my water at Langland Bay - it was a lot warmer than forecast, but I do like running in the sunshine.

A much happier run than my 20 miler last week. I need to decide what distance I’ll do for my last long run next weekend…
