Fri post work gym. Always good to get in. Just the usual. Foam roller and stretches. Really can't tell if calf is getting any better, still tender, at the top behind the knee of right calf. Wobble board curls, presses and side raises, sit ups, plank, side planks, squats, calf raises, machine chess press and pull down. :-) G
