and sacked it off less than ten minutes in as there’s no way I can get anywhere close to what Adrienne is doing (roughly extended child’s pose but with your feet under you instead of behind you). Then tried the one I did a couple of days ago except it’s no longer on YouTube. Finally the one I did before that worked though those side planks are still murder (but good session that plays to my weaknesses so to be repeated again)
