Gym on a Sunday. No cars cos family just arrived. Good to get down to gym! Foam roller, stretches (not calf), sit ups, plank, side planks, squats, calf raises, wobble board side raises, curls and presses, machine pull down and the bench press bar (2 x 10 kg on bar is very light compared to other folk, but 3 x 15 still tricky by end?)
