Had planned a straight up and out run but am trying to listen to my body and what it was saying this morning was "I am physically and mentally tired because work is a bit of a b*stard and I am going to lay here like a rock and make it very difficult for you to open your eyes"
So I made a deal with myself that I could sleep a little longer and take a yoga break during the day instead of before work. Thus I had an extra 25 minutes in bed, ate breakfast and had a cup of tea then headed out and it made all the difference.
Bit slow to get going but bobbed along nicely once my legs knew what they were doing.
