Build starts. Shake it out for the week ahead add 4 x 15 secs strides in last 10 mins

Bloody hell, it's warm.
Would normally have done this flat and on road but it was so hot I headed for the woods and undulating shade instead.
It was like breathing in the air from an oven.
Tough going because of the heat but a good run.
