Returning to MFML as I have paid for the year (at a bargain price) so I need to make the most of it.
First session with Leila who, as it turns out, is as mad as a box of frogs. She's a tad shouty, forceful and totally obsessed with her kidneys.
But I liked her
This was tough session! Really worked hard. Some extra mean touches - down dog, lift left leg, left leg to outside of left elbow, body in plank, stay there, do three push ups in that position then into pigeon.
And a truly freaky savasana - she got me to use my yoga strap to make a tight loop and tie my ankles together then lie under a blanket tucked in hard at the sides (kind of an S&M version of Adriene's burrito of love)
