More running than walking?
No. I’m er tapering This is such a rubbish plan! On Saturday I’m supposed to run 5k, not having done anything but walk and run in the lead up. Wouldn’t recommend.
It has looked a bit odd I have to say - still see what happens on Saturday!
Haha. I think running 5k without walking will probably kill me so if you don’t hear that’ll be why
