Still feeling quite tired and want to run tomorrow so did some of MBRB Block 3 3.2 but didn't do the sumo deadlifts. Did all the plank, deadbugs and press ups. Also did various leg lifts, leg lifts to the wall, single leg deadlifts, clams, single leg hamstring bridge
