(Garmin time 59:32) Conductive Education 10k @ Cannon Hill. Sunny day, but nice & cool to start. Walked the 1.8m there for WU/CD. Started way too fast, didn't think I'd be able to keep it up so held it back a bit. Felt strong & comfortable for the most part - careful not to get any faster but was on a high seeing the pace on Garmin constantly under 10 m/m so kept going. Last km tough with slight incline but felt strong coming into finish with loads of BVH support & encouragement. Great for first race in club colours, but not great chafing under left arm!
