Monday sets -

Usual sets. First time I’ve done deadlifts on my own without Mr Ness checking/spotting for me. It was okay considering.

Deadlifts: warm up weights, then 55kg bar reps 8/8/8

Flypress 7kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15

Shoulder press 7kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15

Biceps curls 7kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15

Close grip bench press 7kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15

Palms facing bent over rows 10kg dumbbells reps 15/15/15

Hamstring curls (wearing 2kg ankle weights) reps 15/15/15

Also press ups at the end: 3 sets of 10 reps
