Notes & Comments
Used to ride those little roads to the south west all the time when we were doing club rides, but I haven't ridden through Brigham, Greysouthen etc. for years. Which means new Conquercise zones. Ten on this ride, apparently, and I almost talked myself out of committing to going across the A66 at Little Broughton.
Surprised that the highest point was so close to home rather than down towards the southernmost part of the ride.
Baleaf padded underpants were fine.
By the time I got back just after 3pm it felt like a long time since breakfast.
