The prospect of a bike ride rather than a walk or run got me out of bed this morning. Had three hours to play with and a couple of ideas of where I'd like to go, but ended up just doodling here and there and then going out to reclaim an expired Conquercise zone just inland from Beckfoot (the wee roads were in quite a state, I can see why we never go that way). Pleased to have got my Garmin giving me mile splits when set for my half-bike.
