Chaser 15 mile run
Earning my 15 mile medal with a long run around Cossi which also gives me another lake for the 7 lakes competition. My back gave me a lot of trouble until I reached the forest. From km 5 it got better until I was close to normal at 10k. With increasing fatigue after 20k, I felt it again. Now looking forward to a recovery smoothie, a shower and then a nap
