Bit weary this morning, and decking was really too slippery. Should have done it inside but there's no room and it's hot. So had to move around a lot between paving and grass and decking and some exercises were quite tricky.
Every minute on the minute. Three rounds. First round fewer reps. I never really managed the higher number of reps in most exercises.
