And another sprint session. Garmin likes to challenge me. The first one was easy 150-200 spm, probably to figure out my average, then I got 198-208 and now it raised the bar to 202-212 which I nailed every single time but once. 202-215 spm for 9/10, yay! HR didn't go very high on those, of course.
