Well - a bit more walking then I would like! - but building up - thinking of walking tomorrow as I had a bit of muscle ache today!

Agreed - I should still have some stamina from my walking, but I need to get my stride and distance back - it will come ! only hopefully this time there will not be anything medically wish which will take me back to step one !
