Training 19: 80 minutes easy run
Enjoying a late evening run after it rained all day. Happy with HR and pace, had to take the HRM strap off because it went crazy again. Wrist based worked OK. Feeling good about my running even though Garmin Coach disagrees. I know that I have to do more low intensity running to improve so I'll do extra sessions. Good thing Quidditch is around the corner
