Cool Down 10 min @ 3-5 RPE

Not entirely successful, not feeling the love and nothing in the tank today
Another last minute change of mind re the route. Had set out to do flat road as usual for a progressive run then decided to head for the trail in Dulwich Park. Haven't been there for a very long time due to lockdown busy-ness and then ridiculous mud.
I made the effort, and kept the effort up as much as I could but really had nowhere to go for that last 10 mins @ 8RPE
Still, it's done
And I do feel I need to be on trail as much as I can right now. Not just for long runs. It has been a long lock down without it.

Badger
Totally get that need. It’s a good workout even if it didn’t go quite as targeted - it’s not like you bailed on it or something! 🤜 🤛
