Training 14: 45 minutes easy
Running easy pace for about 35 minutes, then the HR shot up like nuts, 180+, so I have another malfunction with the HRM strap which makes the stats unreliable. Garmin is confused as to where my VO2 Max is. I hope I can sort it out soon
