Long run with Mr AL. Jeffed. Furthest I have run since March 1st 2020. Deliberately kept the pace very easy and the heart rate low. Pleased with the overall consistency but it still felt a long way - pretty footsore by the end! Beautiful day though - lovely breeze stopped us getting too hot.
