Caterham to Otford (as there is no station at Knockholt)
Had a total blast today. Feeling so good at the moment.
100 cals every 30 mins (GU gels, malt loaf, mini babybel)
Only 1L of fluid as one of my bottles leaked - luckily it was in the pouch at the back of my race vest so nothing got too wet.
Took things nice and easy. Ran as much of the hills as I could until things got too steep for it to be practical or efficient. Saw birds of prey and pheasants and cows and trees and blue skies and sunshine and my mojo.
Had to really keep the effort up in the last couple of miles because I really didn't want to miss the train. Strolled onto the platform as the train pulled in #winningatlife

Is that just based on the burned out car count, Dave?
The burnt cars are just off the NDW so if you stick to the trail, sadly you miss the ones on this stretch
Well that’s disappointing clearly (I have actually run that stretch and seem to remember one or two bits of wreckage closer to the Otford end!)
