Fabulous run with Sal. We saw 2 deer on outward run and 1 on way back. Chunning the whole way (chatted while running) beautiful weather and got me to 500 for the year!

Another run at a good pace, getting progressively faster after the first couple of miles.
It was an uphill out so downhill back, ran with a friend it was lovely and brought me to 500 for the year.
Well done on reaching 500 miles. That's really good, but make sure you don't run yourself into injury.
My biggest fear I have eased off this week which makes me panic too 😂
