Cracking flow. Lots of planks, down dogs and transitioning from down dog to "step or hop to the top of the mat" - I've started making a real effort to make myself hop rather than walk to the top of the mat and have gone from making it half way up the mat to now getting to the top. Get me all springy
Great section moving back and forth between standing one legged tadasana and warrior 3 variation. Good balance today.
Comedy cow legs made even more comedy by feline intervention.
Jungle noises in the background which was kind of cool though there was one bird that sounded like my washing machine when it is about to kick into crazy spin mode.
Definitely enjoying challenging myself a little more
