First run back after blood donation five days ago. It was OK once I'd got to grips with embracing the slow. Visited the memorial at Brayton Airfield and took a look at the footpath signposted from Allhallows (good for a short distance, then rough trail, then opens into a field) for the blue circles, of which I appear to have added 19 to my overall total. The distance was quite sufficient for today.
