Notes & Comments

Planned run to Collingham, aborted after two miles in having suffered severe bout of "top of foot pain". Managed to eventually walk it off so finished run with a spin over to Kirk Deighton returning via Harland Way. No energy throughout given 1500 cal per day diet.
