What is now my usual weekend mid length run! Lovely morning, t-shirt weather (started with fleece on though of course!) Have really tight calves, hips, strange, haven't been doing much. Maybe that's why?! Mum in the afternoon. She's OK. Did a long (1.5 miles?!) walk with her. Decided to go to cars on Sun after all and got in last minute. And watched F1 qualifying on Sat and race highlights on Sun. Wee cars was fun, just a dozen of us, but good racing. Still making too many mistakes.
