Excellent pace GG. The distance and speed work are paying dividends!
Thanks Red it was frosty this morning. I did mile 1 and thought let’s try a negative split. Enjoyed mixing it up.
Well, you just got faster and faster. If you'd been doing 10 miles, I wonder what pace you'd be doing at the end!!

I expect if you’d realised that you’d average 10:03mm you’d have run a bit extra, at pace, to bring that figure down to a nice round number!
