A very frosty -1 start, but blue skies and sunshine and no wind again - bliss. The air felt really clean to breathe, it was lovely.
I took it easy again. One twinge in the left knee when I jumped up onto a kerb, but otherwise I looked after it and just enjoyed being out.
Waiting to hear from the sports physio about getting a massage...
