Repeat of a FM ROW from a few weeks back: 10 mins @20, 10 mins @24, 10 mins @20 aiming for 2K+17, 2K+12, 2K+17. Improvement of 80m over last time I did this, despite not having been on the erg very much since Covid jab 3 weeks ago. Focused on arms today and extending at the catch. Good session!
