I might have been doing some stretches and push ups outside my house on Sandylands around the time you were on this walk!
I didn't notice you - and I'm sure that I'd remember if I'd seen someone doing that!
If I do see someone doing press ups there in future I'll approach them and accuse them of being you!
That would be funny. It wasn’t full on press ups - just against the rocks on the sea wall on the prom. I can’t even do proper push ups!
Yesterday I was pretty noticable because I was wearing sunglasses to protect the dermatitis on my eyelids from the elements - so I looked a proper twatty poser!
I always do a few stretches & stuff when I end my run towards the top end of Sandylands.
The only twatty poser I noticed was a bloke going up and down on a motorised skateboard.
If you are doing stretches and exercises at the end of your runs you must be a "proper athlete" - I always intend to but never seem to manage!
I really am not - it’s just that if I don’t I really suffer for it! I have had years of tendinitis/facilitus whatever, & I’ve just learnt that I need to do that to mange all the creaking of my old bones.
Also - tbf it’s my favourite bit - when I have done the hard bit & just get to look out at the bay peacefully for a few minutes!
I notice that you run & walk all over the place.
