Cooldown, didn't switch directions halfway through since running with others, but did switch watch to left wrist which felt weird. Not sure it overestimated as much as it usually does, so maybe there is something to turning left vs right and not just what wrist the watch is on. First like 8 minutes with shoes and then I was like what the heck and took them off
