Really frustrating failed session.

My bug was on the Sandy side of the A1, so thought Sand Lane would be a good spot for hilly intervals, hopefully out of the wind too.
watch was set up to copy OS's3 x 3-2-1 session.

Started with one on Brickhill, but ran into group of gossiping mumsandprams on the railway bridge - so hit lap and stopped.
Unlike OS's sign (see his blog) the Roadworks sign didn't actually say the road was closed and blocked by giant machinery.
Tried to run loops on the "sandhills" trail instead, but too many kids on bikes and dogs on and off lead for that, Will try running loops there once the kids go back to school though, it's quite fun :) kept hitting stop instead of lap and getting run and walk mixed up and it was all a mess.

Gave up and sneaked past the machinery, getting yelled at by workmen and stung by all the fresh nettle growth and then tried to finish the efforts down Swaden and Stratford road.
