I set out to get a 5k SB so tried to pace it consistently then pushed a bit for the last bit. Very happy with the outcome - previous SB was 35:52 and today's is 34:29 :)
I re-set my watch after finishing RtS and forgot to set laps at 1 mile, so no splits showing here. I've sorted that out now!
