First off road early morning run of the year and I really enjoyed it once I'd woken up. Met a couple of dogs at the start of the footpath who seemed confused that I was there - they didn't know whether to come over and be friendly or to stand their ground and defend their human so they did a bit of both. Super proud that I didn't panic, I stayed really calm and my heart rate didn't spike at all woo hoo!!!
